Complying the structural plans with architectural ones and making sure that the architectural requirements
consider the centerlines, levels and façade elements.
Reviewing the structural calculation as per Saudi Building code

Ensure that all structural details provided with the corresponding elements will be validated and will be based on
the structural system provided
In case of using an unconventional structural system, the developer must submit all the documents of the
system and provide all the references that explain the details of the system. These documents are the references
to review the drawings and calculations submitted.
Ensure that all structural information is illustrated on all plans, e.g., (dimensions, levels, loads, reinforcement,
etc.).
Ensure that the plans are linked to each other in terms of referring to the correct information according to their
existing in the appropriate plan
Ensure that the information is clear, the lines of writing are correct with a proper scale.
Indexing of all plans with appropriate cover for the package
Linking the bill of quantities with the corresponding items in technical specifications, reinforcement schedules
and openings
Ensure the correctness of quantities mentioned in BOQs
Ensure the existing of structural and geometric details required for design (specs, material data, material
geometric characteristics, etc.,)
Ensure Comprehensive Calculation report includes the Design Criteria, and Structural Element Analysis and
Design
Design Criteria Includes but not limited to the project description, Materials Strength, Loading Calculations, Load
Map, Codes, Load Combination, Wind, Seismic and Geotechnical Parameters and Calculation, Software Used,
Durability Requirement and Serviceability limits
Ensure that every Structural Element should indicated the govening load combination from analysis and have
design calculation by means of spreadsheet or acceptable computer software. These calculation need to satisfy
the all strenght, serviceability, and durability requirement from SBC.

Ensure the computer models correspond with the structural drawings and submission of ETABS, SAFE or
SAP2000 program including the text file.

Ensure submission the Structural Drawings, Specs, BOQ, and Design Calculation has a readable pdf file
