“PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION”

Being assigned as the secretary of the group. I was the one responsible in recording the minutes
in every meeting, on preparing for our upcoming event. While I’m doing the minutes, I’ am also
learning the different important points and agenda, that we are planning for our product
demonstration and even the problems that we encounter throughout the process, like for example
allocating the budget for the said event and for the professional fee for our demonstrator with
our limited resources. We even plan to propose an optional event. If ever we couldn’t make the
ends meet for the demonstration.

Therefore, I can say, that recording minutes in every meeting is important. Because, we would
have an updated record of our every agenda or agreements, if ever we miss out some important
details, we could always look on track to our planning process.

I was also assigned to layout our ticket and poster for our event. In laying-out the ticket and
poster, I took consideration of including the NAW (National Architecture Week) and its theme,
being our demonstration is included to the event and all the other matters that we have discussed
on all of our meetings.

On the day of the event, we as organizers, was the one in-charge of the matters that took placed,
like for example, preparing the venue before the start of the demonstration and the others that
concerns the event, like selling the tickets, the reception attendant, the snacks, the certificates,
the concerns of the demonstrator and even entertaining the demonstrator and the attendees.

Because of that, I would say, that preparing for events like demonstration or seminars is a pain
sticking process that we have to undergo if we want to have an effective and a successful event.

With regards to the demonstration, I’ am very happy that both of our speakers, have been an
effective demonstrator giving useful information that would help as in reference to our future
and even present design projects. They did not just educate, but also entertain, by giving personal
experience, knowledge and even humor to catch the attention of our attendees and I can see that
through the lively interaction and keen attention to the discussion and for that I can say that we
have produce a successful product demonstration.
