xiv Check pressure relief device has been erected and aligned
properly
xv Check radiator with air vent and plug has been erected and
aligned properly
Xvi Check conservator has been erected and aligned properly
Xvii Check earthing done at both ends.
Xviii Check Breather pipe done
Xix Check all bolts and nuts tightened
Xx Ensure all items of transformer fixed
Xxi Ensure all openings ( Valves , Taps) are closed and covered
