Job Profile and responsibilities carried -

1) Doing work as HSE Officer and reporting to HSE Manager.

3) Doing Inspections of–

 Monthly Job site reviews, Facility & Camp site walk about and HSE inspection.

National Safety Day celebration and Safety games, etc.
8) Personal Protective Equipments – Giving requirement to HSE manager for PPE required at site
and base and keeping records also during the time of issuing the PPEs.
9) Develop and maintain hazard and identification/ risk assessment and aspect/ impact documents
including time to time review.
10) HSE awareness enhancement including trianing to own and contract employees.

11) Conduct regular safety and environmental audits to ensure maximum adherence to HSE systems
including PTW, LOTO, TBT.
12) Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plan, update it and conduct mock drill for
preparedness.

13) Identification of critical skill gaps related to HSE, plan trainings and deliver.
14) Manage incident reporting and investigation including enhancement in reporting of near miss,
unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.

15) Managing schedules for all safety and environment facilities including PPE checking, cleaning,
licenses, certifications and other as appropriate.
