Responsible for communicating the brand strategies to the consumer including:

Client Campaign + Achievements

Burton Menswear Sponsorship of the England Football team - planning, co-ordinating and attending
shoots, placement of pictures and stories in national press, entertaining press at
football matches and organising an inter-magazine football match at Wembley
stadium. All of which helped to heighten and improve the public perception of the
brand
TopMan Working closely with the design and buying teams to ensure only selected “on trend”
product was presented to press and thereby helping to change the perception of
TopMan in the eyes of the press. In addition, I dressed key men’s magazine stylists in
TopMan clothing and gave them key pieces each season. I also art directed cutting
edge press packs and was involved in producing fashion shows and organising press
outings. This resulted in an increase in amount of coverage in men’s glossies by over
400% and hence this change in perception was filtered though to the consumer.
Zoom.co.uk Seconded to to help set up the marketing function. While there, 2 projects of note
were the London Fashion Week mini site which included briefing both the style and
content including coverage from the shows, live web cam with Amanda Wakeley
(fashion designer) and Kate Reardon (fashion journalist) and daily competitions to win
outfits from TopShop. The other was an online advent calendar for the Xmas
campaign for which I sourced £24k worth of prizes to encourage users to visit the site
on a daily basis. Both promotions were deemed extremely successful in light of
number of additional traffic brought to the site.
