{ am advised that Rick and Lyon Frey met with Regional Coroner Owen Court and another of our senior
managers at our office on December 8, 2010 to facilitate the return of Mamie’s remains, which were

With respect to Ms. Rock, Iam advised that Lillian Beaudion, Dianne Rock's sister, was our primary
family contact throughout the duration of this investigation, She was last contacted by Mr. Court on
November 12, 2010, at which time she requested and was provided with a death certificate in selason to
[recognize thatthe investigation into the deaths of their loved ones has been long and extremely difficult
for the families involved and I extend my sincere condolences forthe losses they have suffered. | aeewre
‘You that throughout the duration ofthis investigation, the BC Coroners Service stored all human remain
associated with these tragic deaths ina dignified end respectful manner. Where possible, al remains were
returned to the families atthe conclusion of the court proceedings.
