Nutrition Month 2018 Sample Essay - Ugaliing magtanim, Sapat Na Nutrisyon Aanihin

Healthy diet according to World Health Organization (WHO) helps protect against malnutrition in all its forms, as well as
noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), including diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer. It means that healthy diet plays an important role
in securing that we are free of any diseases and it also implies that observing a healthy diet will avoid us from malnutrition which is very
common in some part of the world. It is important to take care of our health in order for us to maximize our skills and talents. Taking care of
our health starts by creating a healthy diet plan and proper mindset. It all starts with making goals about having a healthy lifestyle and sticking
to it.

There are now different types of diseases that are present everywhere and can easily catch by our bodies. We can protect ourselves
from getting diseases by simply starting a healthier way of living which means equipping ourselves about the importance of eating right foods
and avoiding those junk foods. Each of us is guilty of eating unhealthy foods, starting right now we should learn to control and choose wisely
those foods we intake for our own sake. In the long run, we will be the one who will be benefited from eating healthy foods and choosing a
healthy diet. Some of the healthiest food are apples, avocados, bananas, blueberries, oranges, strawberries or in general eating fruits and
vegetables. Some really have a big problem when it comes to feeding themselves with vegetables like eggplant, okra, and ampalaya, these
are some of the most nutritious vegetables available almost in every market. Make sure to eat clean foods which mean those veggies and
fruits that are fresh and organic because fresh fruits and vegetables have more nutrients compared to those that are not organically cultivated
and staled.

Healthy diet is not all about eating healthy foods but also about accompanying it with exercises. To achieve a perfect body and healthy
mind we must also do some exercises like going regularly to the gym. Achieving a healthy body should not be expensive so if one can't afford
a gym membership there's a lot of ways to stay in shape. We can simply exercise at the comfort of our homes like dancing, aerobics, zumba
and even brisk walking and jogging outside. If school or offices is just a few blocks away from your home then its better to just walk aside from
burning fats it is also economic. Being healthy is not hard today since there are alot of videos or tutorials available online which we can use
and helpful like DIY gym equipments and using things that are available at home. There are also working out plans we can find to fitness sites
and blogs. Not exercising is no longer an excuse since resources are almost in just a click.

Creating a healthy diet plan is useless without sticking to it. The hardest part about being a healthy person is sticking to what is planned.
We are good in making an ideal plan but its hard to stick to it making it as a habit. The key to a healthy lifestyle is a healthy mindset and clear
achievable goals.
