ABSTRACT
The Bogotá air monitoring station, Carvajal, during 2016 collected data in a time range, for 24 hours each day with respect to contaminants. PM10, CO, O3, SO2 and NO2.
In this period of time, the behavior of the five pollutants was analyzed and, as can be seen in the graphs, the average concentrations are within the permissible limits
established by resolution 610 of 2010. In the case of particulate material PM10, the category is moderate, but it is still tolerable for human health, the concentrations of CO,
O3, SO2 and NO2 are well below the limit established by the standard and the category is good. In the calculation of the global ICA, the great influence of the PM10
concentration and the category of the air quality index is moderate but within the healthy parameters.
