signed by the Plaintiff evidenced by the promissory
note was partially extinguished
in cash by the defendant paying
the monthly installment of
50,000 starting June 2018 to
August 2018.
C Agreement to Set Off To prove that parties voluntary
agreed that the outstanding
obligation as of August 2018
amounting to 150,000 will be
paid in kind.
A-14 Deed of Sale To prove that pursuant to the

2018 the plaintiff, as the alleged
demand letters contain no marks
or proof that the defendant
actually received any of them.
