Carmelian’s Month and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Feast day Celebration
Assessment and Evaluation

Strengths
- The novena started on time.
- The there is no second novena due to the celebration of Edil Fit’r.
- The novena sharers are all well prepared for their various topics.
- College Students have actively participated the 6th day of novena of our parish.
- The venue was well prepared during the entire celebration of Carmelian’s Month.
- Almost all of the organizations have participated during the entire celebration especially
during the culmination activity where the officers of each organization do their oath
taking.
- All of the students of Mount Carmel College except the Junior High School Students
have participated the Carmelian’s month culmination day.
- During the feast day of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the college students and some of the
faculty and staff of Mount Carmel College have attended the procession as well as the
Holy Mass.
- The Busilak theater ensemble has performed during the feast day activity of Our Lady of
Mount Carmel Parish in behalf of the MCC faculty and staff.

Weaknesses
- There is slight miscommunication between the principal of the Basic Ed. and the program
coordinator of the activity regarding with the chair arrangement during the first 3 novena
activity.
- The activity was delayed during the 8th day of novena, because of the SSG-DSC Stage
Campaign.

- The Culmination Activity was delayed by 30 minutes due preparation and Lack of
student.

- The Junior High School students were not around during the culmination day due to
National Achievement test.
- Some of the College Students have not attended the Mass due to lack of space in the
Church.

- Right after the lunch, Most of the Faculty and staff did not participate in the celebration.
Recommendations
- The CFP should improve their preparatory committee in every activity under its office.
- There should be a proper orientation and communication in every office for every
activity.
- Every student should be obliged to participate in every activity if it is institutional
regardless
- Every activity of the Christian Formation Program (e.g. Novenas, Masses, and
Recollections) requires video and PowerPoint presentations. If it is ok, the Office would
like to request a net book that will be used in every celebration.
