1.0 GENERAL DESCRIPTION: SCOPE OF WORKS

The work to be performed under this Contract consist of the furnishing of all
materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and other facilities necessary to
complete the project in accordance with these Specifications and Contract
Drawings.

2.0. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS

The plan and specification shall be considered as cooperative on all labor and
materials; if one is not mentioned or indicated in the other or vice versa it shall
be done by the contractor as if those are duly mentioned in both.

No changes in drawings and specifications shall be made by the owner

contractor or workmen without prior agreement or approval of both parties.

3.0. FINISHINGS

3.1. Flooring – Porcelain Tile for kitchen, Ceramic Tile for Dining Area

3.2 Doors – Wooden Door with Jamb, painted finish

3.3. Serving Window - Fixed Sliding Panel on Kiln Dried wooden frames

3.4 Signages – Acrylic Sign with Built up letters, Front-lit

3.5 Serving Counter – Marine Plywood painted finish

3.6 Ceiling – Wooden accent trellis on Painted gypsum boards fixed on

suspended metal framing

3.7 Decorations - Glass mirror on Faux wood window panel

- Red accent canopy tarp finish
- Accent brick wall, decorated tile finish

4.0 ELECTRICAL WORKS

1. All electrical works shall be in strict compliance with the latest edition of
the Philippine National Electrical Code

2. All electrical works shall be in direct supervision by s duly licensed
Electrical engineer or a master electrician

5.0 PAINTING WORKS

Painting work for the various parts of the work shall be as follows:

1. Workmanship:

Finished surfaces shall be smooth, even and free from defects, and
shall show even coatings. Paints shall be applied to dry surfaces only
and no succeeding coat of paint shall be applied until the preceding
coat is thoroughly worked into all joints crevices, and open spaces,
there shall be a perceptible difference in the shades of successive
coats of paints

2. Color Scheme:

Color scheme shall be shown on the schedule or as approved by the

Owner.

3. Preparation of Surfaces:

a. General – rust, loose or disintegrated paint, grease and scale shall

be removed from metal work before priming of field coats is applied.
Wood, concrete masonry and other surfaces shall be free from dirt,
grease and dust, and shall be in a condition necessary to receive a
satisfactory paint finish

b. Concrete – All concrete walls before application of paints shall be

neutralized either by brush or spray. All exposed exterior and
interior concrete surfaces shall be painted with 3 coats of masonry
paints

c. Woodworks where painting is required shall be sand papered

before application of the primer. Resulting voids shall be filled with
approved putty.
