Fitting a Power Point During Panel Installation
1. Locate position of power point on panel.
2. Mark a line down to bottom of panel.
3. Using a masonry drill and bit, drill a hole up to the power point.
4. Check out the face of the panel to take the power point.
5. Position panel ready to stand.
6. Insert draw string through conduit.
7. Stand Panel.
Easywall Extended
Floor Channels
For floor to ceiling heights between 3020mm and
3150mm it is not advisable to use small cut pieces
of Easywall panel to extend the height of the
standard 3000mm panel.

The recommended method is to purchase the

Easywall extended floor channel, which can be filled
with regular concrete. In this example the channel has a
flange height of 120mm and is filled to 100mm in
height and levelled off using a timber screed template.
This leaves the standard 20mm channel lip to locate
the Easywall panels.

The exposed channel can be painted to form a skirting,

or covered with ceramic tile skirting. 1
