Caparo is a fast growing group with a 1bn Euro turnover. With business interests predominantly in the
manufacture of automotive, steel and general engineering products, the group’s wider activities
encompass materials testing services, hotels, film distribution and private equity investment.
Headquartered in London Caparo’s operations are located at over 50 sites in the UK, North America, India
and Spain
M/s CAPARO MARUTI LTD (Halol) is engaged in sheet metal supply for the automobile industry, it mainly
does hemming of closures (Five doors and bonnet for GMI’s Vehicle “Tavera”) and its fabrication. The
plant is first of its kind in India where OEM has out sourced the hemming operation. The closures
contribute 70% of the Face look of a vehicle and needs special handling. Transportation and cleanliness of
is done with extra care.
