ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES IN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF CEBU PURSUANT TO CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 12, S. 2011.
Whereas, a sound human resource management and development
policy governing personnel is essential to effectuate an efficient and effective City Government of Cebu;
Whereas, on February 11, 2011, the Civil Service Commission
issued a Memorandum Circular No. 12, s. 2011 for the reversal or re-titling of positions that were previously amended by the City Ordinance No. 2166.
Whereas, in accordance with the with the aforementioned latest
Memorandum Circular of the Civil Service Commission, some positions that were reversed and re-titled by the City Ordinance No. 2166 shall now be reversed and re-titled again.
Now Therefore, The Sangguniang Panglungsod of the City of Cebu,
in a regular session assembled, hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1. The position titles of the following administrative support
services is hereby reverted back to their original titles prior to the City Ordinance No. 2166, in order to read as follows:

SECTION 2. The abovementioned position are hereby declared as co-
terminus/primarily confidential position in accordance with the Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 12,s. 2011.
SECTION 3. Enforcement Clause. For the efficient and effective
implementation of this ordinance, the Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) of the City Government of Cebu is hereby empowered to enforce the same. SECTION 4. Separating Clause. Should any part or parts of this ordinance be declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other parts not so declared shall remain in force and effect.
SECTION 5. Repealing Clause. Any other ordinance or parts thereof
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. SECTION 6. Effectivity Clause. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
