CONSTRUCTIONS RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

6.1 PROVISION OF RESOURCES

6.1.1 As on date the resources for the effective implementation of the


QMS viz. Qualified personnel, Equipments etc have been
identified and provided.

6.1.2 Any additional resources required for the continual improvement


of project, process and client satisfaction are identified during
the IQA & Management Review Meeting and provided in a
timely manner.

6.1.3 A Questionnaire is sent to the functional heads by the MR to


identify the resource requirements of the individual
departments. On receipt of the feed back, the MR consolidates
the same and presents it to the Management, immediately or
during the Management Review meeting depending upon the
urgency of the resource requirements.

6.1.4 Managing Partner /Director Projects makes Project Plans for the
current year and future during the beginning of each accounting
year based on the trends in the Construction Field .

6.1.5 The Management ensures that all the Technical and Mechanical
requirements needed for ensuring the clients requirements are
provided in time.

6.2 HUMAN RESOURCES

6.2.1 General

6.2.1.1 The competence of personnel performing work-affecting


conformity to Material Quality is ensured as per PMG 02.

6.2.2 Competence, Awareness and Training

6.2.2.1 Based on the nature of work the competence of various personnel has
been documented as Recruitment reference.

6.2.2.2 Concerned functional Heads based on Recruitment Reference


and periodical evaluation identify the training needs. Training
needs are also identified during IQA.

6.2.2.3 MR arranges for the provision of required training as per the


identified need (VJT /ADM/QF/01).

6.2.2.4 The effectiveness of the training is evaluated and records


assessments of Training (VJT /ADM/QF/02) are maintained.

6.2.2.5 The personnel are made aware about the relevance and
importance of their activities and their contribution towards the
achievement of Quality Objectives through awareness training.

6.2.2.6 The MR maintains the Employee History Card (VJT /ADM/QF/02)


and Training records of the individual employees.

6.3 INFRASTRUCTURE
6.3.1 The important requirements for any business activity are Land,
Labour, Capital and Organization.

6.3.2 The Company is housed in Rented building structures and has


adequate workspace and storage and preservation for product
services - samples .

6.3.3 The Company has adequate amenities to our Staffs.

6.3.4 Computer, Telephone, fax, Printer and Internet facilities are


provided for documentation and communication.

6.3.5 Necessary First-Aid and Fire Fighting facilities are provided in


applicable places.

6.3.6 The company has started the method of recruiting eminent


competent and skilled Functional Heads.

6.3.7 To improve the Employee’s competency level, appropriate


training is given In house.

6.4 WORK ENVIRONMENT

6.4.1 Manager Administration ensures clean, well-illuminated and


ventilated conditions at office.

6.4.2 The company has been equipped with Automatic UPS to avoid
the Power interruptions, causing uncomfortable functions in
workstations.

6.4.3 Adequate moving space for comfortable working conditions is


provided in the administrative and working sections.

6.4.4 Adequate Fire extinguishers, Fire buckets, Hose reels and fire
hydrants have been provided for material safety in appropriate
places.
