Human Resource - ESS/MSS - Number of concurrent users expected to logon to portal

Workflow Capabilities - L&T Infotech proposes to install EP 7.3 and NetWeaver Development Infrastructure NW
CE 7.3 compactible with the EP. The landscape will be used for proper versioning and maintainability of the
Java code. Please confirm.

Users should be provided user id/password based access to portal. Please elaborate

User based Role based, group based profiles to be provided in portal. . Please elaborate

Do users needs to have an online registration process for getting access to the portal or is their some existing
process ?

Reporting Requirements - Number of concurrent users expected to logon to portal ?

Application Security : What user management engine would you like to use e.g.LDAP, ADAM or portal database?

Application Security :Would you like to have single sign on to logon to SAP EP and various modules ?

KETRACO has an existing web-site ?

KETRACO existing web-site has to be integrated with SAP portal ?

We understand the project information should be available through mobile and hand held devices. Please
confirm. Please elaborate What kind of information is expected to be available?

What kind of integration is expected from third party tool like MS Project? Single direction-bi directional?
How many such tools should be integrated?

Are there any existing integration tools/licenses in place?

Provide the more details on GEOTAB, TOMCard, Budgetary Control systems? How it's interfacing with the current
systems

Are there any Business to Business (B2B) Interfaces. E.g. Interface with Bank, Interface with Other partners,
supplier etc.
Is vendor supposed to provide Desktop/printers/consumables/internet access/network/LAN/WAN
etc.? - on Temporary Basis?

Is Training based on " Train-the-Trainer" can be deployed? or scope include training to "End users
too? If Yes, how many locations? How many users per locations?

Master data: - What % of data is in Soft and hard format? What help KETRACO shall provide in
ensuring that clean, validated and error-free data is provided to L&T Infotech to upload into SAP?

Is there any stabilization period envisaged?

Does the project require special software/licenses like Primavera, Inspire etc.? If yes, then will
KETRACO provide the same?
Shall we get details about current landscape/business processes in detail?
Does the current landscape have any e-Procurement/e-Tendering application? If yes, is it envisaged
to be interfaced with SAP in this project? If not, does KETRACO expect vendor to develop a solution
for the same?

We need more details about existing Fleet Mgmt. System, Fuel Cards, ArcGIS and current temporary
solution for Financial Systems and HR/Payroll systems. Kindly provide

What are the various other /bolt-on software's that vendor is supposed to provide?
Can we assume that for all interfaces, KETRACO shall arrange flat file/interface in SAP
readable/sendable format?
Could you please share the current and proposed system landscape?
How many locations do you have facilities, offices, other centers that you would like to be on SAP
ERP?
Do you expect Annual maintenance support from vendor? (1/3/5 yrs. etc.?)
How many development objects (like reports, workflows, forms etc.) do you expect as part of
implementation?

What is the expected core team size? How many users (Junior/Senior) are expected to be trained
and at which locations and for how long?

Can you please share the details of the ERP SAP BOM that is prepared?

Is performance testing expected out of this?

Is third party software expected to be deployed on the project like PrimaVera, MS Project etc.?

What is the deliverable approval process in KETRACO? How many agencies, level involved in
approval?

Is there any Consulting partner involved in the project like KPMG, Accenture etc.?

Quality planning is about defining the expected quality of the project products, with their respective product
descriptions and acceptance criteria, defining quality methods (e.g. inspections) for ascertaining whether the
defined quality expectations have been met and defining how all quality activities that have been performed are
recorded.

KETRACO project officers spend a majority of their time in the field where the projects are executed. As much
information as possible on projects should therefore be available to the project and they should be able to
capture as much information as their profiles allow them in the field as well.
