REQUEST PERMISSION TO VIEW ELECTRICITY BILLS

Pertaining to the above, I am Dr. Zarina binti Ab Muis, representing Sustainable Energy
Management (SKKC 4123) lecturer from School of Chemical and Energy Engineering, Faculty
of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). I had like to notify you that we are
required to conduct an energy audit for my students’ team project and we choose Kolej Tun
Hussein Onn (KTHO) as our case study.

2. Therefore, we would like to request permission to view the electricity bills for Kolej Tun
Hussein Onn, UTM for my students’ team project. The electricity bill is one of the most
important element in conducting an energy audit. It will help us a lot if you could grant us the
permission to view the electricity bills for KTHO.
