Designation – “Web Engineer”

Job Description - Candidates will work on either Web development (or) Application development on
Android (or) iOS platform.

The eligibility criteria for applying for this recruitment process is noted below:-

Eligibilty:The minimum qualification for applying for the vacancy is B Tech, M.Tech, B.E, M.E or MCA.
Students who will pass out in 2019 can only apply.

Selection Process (Non IT/CSE Branches)-

1. First Round will be online aptitude test in that 3 sections will be there include:
(a) Quantitative (b) English & General knowledge (c) Logical Reasoning & puzzle
(ii) Total Marks: 60
(iii) Duration: 45 minutes
(iv) 20 questions in each section, so total 60 Question.
(v) +1 for correct answer
(vi) - 0.25 for wrong answer
(vii) One has to score 10 points from each section to qualify for the next round (Total 30 points out of
60).

2. Coding Test (Basic Level).

(i) Duration -60 Minutes
(ii) 7 Question
(iii) One has to write & execute 3 program successfully to qualify for the next round

(i) Duration -60 Minutes
(ii) 5 Question
(iii) One has to write & execute 2 program successfully to qualify for the next round
4. Group discussion
5. Technical Interview (Via Skype)-
(i) C/ Java/ C++ or any other programming language in which candidate has knowledge

The terms and conditions for the training program (if selected) are as follows:-

 Student must clear 15-18 technical tests before joining the company for that there is no
limitations on the numbers of attempt to pass these tests.
 Students must be committed and dedicated to undergo an on-the-job training for
minimum 3 months.
 During the training period the students will be entitled to a stipend of Rs. 15,000 pm.
 There is no employment bond.
 On the successful completion of 3 month of training with our organization, the
particular student will be employed by us on according to the academic marks scored
by him/ her, the details are given below-

(i) Minimum salary of Rs. 4.5 lpa CTC for candidates who have scored a minimum of
70% marks in all their examinations, (starting from class-10).
(ii) Minimum salary of Rs. 3.6 lpa CTC for candidates who have scored a minimum of
60% marks in all their examinations, (starting from class-10).
(iii) Minimum salary of Rs. 3 lpa CTC for other candidates.
All Candidates will be provided an opportunity to scale up their package before joining, after clearing all technical
test candidate can appear for one final machine test (Duration 3-4 hours) at office. If candidates pass this test in
that case he or she will get higher package depending on his/ her result or if he or she fail than in that case he or
she will be employed on the initial promised salary.

Joining incentive : A amount of Rs. 20000 (Rupees twenty thousand) will provided to out station candidate (if and
only if candidate's College & permanent address both must be out of West Bengal) as a joining incentive for that
terms & conditions are given below-
(i) This Amount will be extra & it is not a part of CTC.
(i) It will paid if and only if candidate work more than 1 year 9 months for Kreeti technologies.
