Multi Storied Commercial Building at Paradeep, Odisha
Preamble:
Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation, Bhubaneswar
invites expression of Interest from renowned Architects for providing
Comprehensive Architectural Planning/Designing Services for construction
of State-of-the-Art Multi Storied Commercial Building with a built up area
of 250,000 to 300,000 sft at Paradeep. The structure will be built on the
prime land measuring Ac 3.00 near circuit House, Paradeep facing
seashore in the district of Jagatsingpur, Odisha.

Product Mix for the Multi Storied Commercial Buildings:
 Total Land Area of the site – 3.00 Acres (approx.)
 Applicable FAR – 2.75
 Road width – 30m
 The proposed commercial building is to have space for food court,
retail shop
 (in & out type) stationary/show rooms (like mobile phone,
handloom, handicraft products etc.) / office space/ Space for
Bankers on upper floors. We may also go for multiplex in the
tower.
 The Building should preferably be energy efficient with solar
passive architectural aspect, renewable energy integration (solar
thermal/photovoltaic application) vertical space utilization & water
management system.
 The building should have provision for Elevators, Central Air
Conditioning System, Fire Detection & Fighting System &
Recreational/Gymnasium facilities.
 Parking – 40% of the total Built-Up Area
 Plantation – 20% of the plot area
 Landscape with water bodies
