I am a B. Tech Mechanical Engineer from H.B.T.I. Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh with 1st class
Division and completed summer training at BPCL (Bharat Pumps & Compressors Limited),Naini,
Allahabad, UP. I have about 12-years of experience in Cement, Steel & Power Plant, project
execution, monitoring, commissioning and plant operation & maintenance.

Presently I am working with M/s United Cements Pvt. Ltd, a 1000TPD cement plant
Here at Naubise-4, Dhading, Nepal as Manager (Mech. Dept.) from 7th Sept-2014 to till date. I worked
as Grinding Unit In-Charge during its project and commissioning period. Now, I am In-charge of raw mill
section including L/S crushing & handling section. I also worked with KJS Cement limited, a 6000TPD
Greenfield cement plant as Sr. Engineer located at Madhya Pradesh in India.

Presently working with UCPL, at Naubise-4, Dist-Dhading in Nepal as
Asst. manager (Mech.Dept.) since 7th Sept-2014 to till date. UCPL is a 1000TPD
Cement Plant, installed by M/s. CPW.

 Grinding Unit Section:

 I worked as In-charge of grinding unit section and looked after entire project
and operation & maintenance from Clinker extraction to cement bag packing.
Following are the activities-----
 Erection, Alignment and Commissioning of Cement Mill (50 TPD of capacity)
along with Girth-gear, pinion, Gear box and motor.
 Erection, Alignment and Commissioning of Bucket Elevators, Air Slide (Open
 & Closed types) and Belt conveyors.
 Erection, Alignment & Commissioning of De-dusting system, Screen, Packer,
Truck loader, blowers and compressors along with pipe line system.

Role and responsibility:

 Project monitoring and co-ordination with contractor and consulting agency.

 Micro planning schedule of the project activities.
 Maintaining related documents for Erection, Alignment and commissioning for
each equipment.
 Maintaining spare parts list, inventory, tools & tackles for commissioning and
O&M of the grinding unit.
 Pump house and water pipe line operation & maintenance.
 Presently working as Raw Mill In-charge, Operation & maintenance from L/S
Crusher to Kiln feed bucket elevator.
 As and when required, I have to look after Kiln-cooler and coal mill circuit and
grinding unit section for its operation and maintenance.
