G E N E R A L NOTE :
Notes:-
A The Contractor shall visit the site at Regalia Suite Level 4 and refer to
the drawings and specifications when pricing the following items and any
discrepancies shall be clarified with the Interior Designer before pricing
of the items. No claim will be entertained for failing to do so.
B The dimensions stated are approximate and the Contractor shall carried
out the works in accordance with the drawings incorporating all
necessary site measurements and/or adjustments and no claims will be
entertained for any discrepancy between Drawings, Bills of Quantities
and Site Measurement
D All the hinges and drawer runner for cabinet & furniture are required to
be in full open, soft closing type. All unseen surface of drawer to
smoothed with varnish
E The contractor shall refer to the furniture schedule, layout and typical
elevation to determine the works; and counter refer to schedule of
finishes and specification for quality requirements and quantity checking.
F Check all site dimension before fabricate all built-in / loose furniture &
curtain

NOTES :-
A The Contractor is specifically requested to visit the site and ascertain for
himself described hereunder before pricing this section.
C The successful Contractor shall liaise closely with the S.O. / Employer's
representative with regards to items to be demolished. Any errors
arising over his negligence and ignorance shall be his sole responsibility.
All cost arising in making good, etc. therein shall be borne by the
Contractor.
E The BQ describe the main parts of the works but are not intended to
detail every factor that will affect the price. Therefore, the tenderer shall
allow for works which are not shown in the drawings or not specified in
the BQ but they are integral parts of completion of the whole demolition
works. These works shall deem to be included.
F For pricing of these project , the Contractor MUST visit and check on
site the extent of the Demolition and Associated Works. No claim shall
be entertained due to ignorance of these works.
INTERNAL WALL
G Carefully demolish existing plastered brickwall with paint and/or tile lot
finish (door and window measured separately), make good and protect
the existing structure, leave the works in perfect order to the entire
satisfaction of S.O. / Employer's representative.
