Expands Microsoft Gold Partner Status with Data

Analytics Competency

Charlotte, NC, December 20, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Through exquisite data analytics solutions, Syntelli
Solutions has added another competency to their Gold Partner status with Microsoft. Similar to
Microsoft's other competencies, earning this achievement means Syntelli has successfully completed a
host of requirements and repeatedly demonstrated “the highest, most specialized capability to meet
customer needs” with their solutions. The Data Analytics competency recognizes those companies who
can “deliver customers actionable business insights which they can use to transform their businesses.”
The partnership provides further reciprocal benefits, meaning, Syntelli Solutions will gain access to key
advantages provided by Microsoft, enabling more carefully tailored and successful solutions for their
customers. Gold Partner benefits include a set of “core benefits” like access to Regional Service Center
support, unlimited technical pre-sales assistance, increased product licenses, and additional product
support instances. Other benefits include authorization to become a provider of SQL Server and
SharePoint Deployment Planning Services, “Signature Support,” which provides Partners with an
elevated level of technical support in the form of direct access to technical support engineers with
extensive product-specific knowledge, and eligibility for other Microsoft incentives.

As noted above, Syntelli Solutions is no stranger to the Gold Partner program. They have already
achieved the Cloud Platform competency. In contrast to data analytics, earning this competency means
Syntelli is more than capable of helping their “customers modernize infrastructure, migrate applications
and data to the cloud, and build analytics solutions on data platforms in the cloud.” Furthermore, it proves
Syntelli can “deliver services and build products using SaaS and PaaS solutions available on Azure
Marketplace.”

The Microsoft Certified Partner program is a means for Microsoft to identify and assist those businesses
which stand out from their peers. It provides a wealth of benefits to both Microsoft and the Partners, as
well as the customers those partners serve. At a high level, it offers Partners accelerated business growth,
the opportunity to build a specialized practice, and the ability to reach new customers. Within the Data
Analytics competency, Partners must be able to “build descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive
analytics solutions” for historical and real-time analyses and “offer actionable insights through
interactive...reports.” They “can also build end-to-end advanced predictive analytical models using
machine learning” and other solutions. The Data Analytics competency covers several specific Microsoft
products - R Server, Power BI, Azure, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, and HD Insight.
