This system is developed for the CONSECO INC. USA for providing various services to
the Life and Health Insurance Customers. It offers a variety of major medical plans for individuals
and families like Long-term care, Cancer, Accidental Injury, disability, dental etc. Also provides
daily, weekly, monthly reporting facilities on all transactions involved in the business environment.

Responsibilities:

 CS01 is a Customer Service System used by CONSECO Inc, USA. It is the Mainframe
based Online System that serves as front end to various Policy Administration and Claim
Systems. Customer Service Representative (CSR) uses CS01 to identify information necessary
to answer Queries from Policyholders, Agents, Medical Providers and Group Benefit
Administrators. Involved in the project for code changes in the programs according to the client
