Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. A perusal of the typed set of papers filed along with the Writ

Appeal reveals that by order dated 22.2.2018, the learned Single Judge

of Madurai Bench of this Court, while dealing with the selection by the

Teachers Recruitment Board for the posts of Lecturers in various

disciplines in Government Polytechnic Colleges for the year 2017-2018,

has quashed the decision of the Teachers Recruitment Board to cancel

the entire examination and further directed that the Board shall proceed

from the stage where the mistake crept in. It shall re-evaluate all the

answer sheets afresh and the same shall be carried out within 12 weeks

from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Aggrieved over the

same, the State has filed a Writ Appeal in W.A. (MD) No.751 to

753/2018.

2. While so, the learned Single Judge sitting in the Principal

Seat of this Court has dismissed the W.P.Nos.3287/2018 etc. batch by

upholding the selection process by the Teachers Recruitment Board.

Aggrieved over the same, the writ petitioners have filed the present

Writ Appeal before this Court.

3. Therefore, the Registry is directed to place this case before

the Hon'ble Chief Justice to constitute an appropriate Bench to decide

the issue involved in these matters.
