Perform overall project quality management, including establishing, maintaining and implementing a

project qualify plan (PQP)

* Ensure that project staff is aware of employer's requirements and quality objects.
* Initiated, recommended, approve, are provided solutions to quality problems.
* Verify implementation of corrective actions.
* Initiate action to identify and prevent the occurrence of non conformance's relating to the product,
process and PQP.
* Monitoring further processing, delivery, installation, or operation until the non conforming product or
operation until the non conforming product are activity has been corrected.
* Stop non confirming work.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
* Inspect site condition to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works.
* Participate in health and safety issue at site, as required by project safety representative.
* Provide practical advice on constructional matters.
* Inspect construction including temporary works to ensure compliance with approval methods and
contract requirements.
* Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc.
* Assist in or measure work done when required.
* Assistant will inspection completed works; prepare snag list and handover to operating entity.
* Verify that instructions are being carried out.
* Check setting-outs and levels.
* Check service locations and ensure their protection.
* Verify that materials delivered are as approved, properly stored.
* Observe site safety procedures.
* Assist in the preparation of 'As-built' drawings.
* Familiarize himself with clients' standard relative to his discipline.
* Review the inspection and test of Quality Control Engineers as needed to ensure that all project
materials adhere to the required quality standards.
* Monitoring the quality and performance of suppliers and sub-contractors to assure that all suppliers
supplied products and service need company requirements.
* Review and coordinate field quality activities with the customers' consultants, sub-contractor and
suppliers and coordination with a project manager.
* Supervise material, testing and flow up approved independent laboratories when needed when sure
timely results or obtained.
* Assist and testing materials on-site as needed and prepare site work reports when include all the
inspections undertaken. Submit these daily reports together with any supporting documentation
the QC manager for his review and recommendations.
* Perform other duties related to the job assigned by the QC Manager.
* Report any out of specification activities to the Head Office Quality Control Manager and the Project
Manager for the appropriate action.
* Follow up of Non-Conformance reports in the event of site deficiency.
