GAMBARAN HASIL PATOLOGI ANATOMI DENGAN LOKASI PADA KASUS

Objektif ;
Penulis mengevaluasi hubungan antara hasil patologi anatomi dan lokasi tumor pada tumor
intrakranial dan tumor medula spinalis di bagian Bedah Saraf RS. Wahidin Sudirohusodo, RS.
Ibnu Sina, RS. Akademis dan RS. Stella Maris.

Metode dan Material ;

Penulis mengevaluasi secara deskriptif retrospektif semua pasien Tumor Intrakranial dan Medula
Spinalis pada Bagian Bedah Saraf RS. Wahidin Sudirohusodo, RS. Ibnu Sina, RS. Akademis dan
RS. Stella Maris.Data diambil dari Medical Record periode Januari 2004 – Desember 2008.

Hasil ;
Jumlah total pasien yang telah diteliti sebanyak 93 kasus dimana laki-laki 44 pasien dan
perempuan 49 pasien, dengan kasus terbanyak yaitu tumor Supratentorial dengan hasil PA
Astrocytoma. Pada Tumor Medula Spinalis didapatkan 25 kasus, laki-laki 15 pasien dan
perempuan 10 pasien, terbanyak ditemukan pada daerah Thorakal.

Abstract

Objective ;
The authors evaluated the relation between pathology anatomy result and the location of
Intracranial tumors and spinal cord tumors at neurosurgery department of Wahidin
Sudirohusodo hospital, Ibnu Sina hospital, Akademis hospital and Stella Maris hospital.

Method and Material ;

The author evaluated descriptive retrospectively in all the patient with intracranial
tumors and spinal cord tumors at neurosurgery department of Wahidin Sudirohusodo,
Ibnu Sina, Akademis and Stella Maris hospitals. Data was obtained from January 2004 to
Desember 2008.

Result ;
The authors studied 93 patients, 44 patients male and 49 patients female. In the study we
commonly found of supratentorial tumor with pathological anatomy result is
astrocytoma. On Spinal Cord tumors found 25 cases, among them are 15 patients male
and 10 patients female, tumors commonly found in thoracal area.

 PERFORATION OF 2nd PARS OF DUODENUM AND
PERFORATION OF TRANSVERSUM COLON

Case Report :
Male 31 years old came to the hospital with chief complaint Stab wound by a
machete on upper right hip region. In the physical examination, we found two of stab
wounds, both were at the vertebral region and right lumbal region. From laboratorium
results we found Haemoglobin 7,8 gr/dl. From abdominal USG seen free fluid in the
abdominal cavity.
Then we perform operation with Laparatomy exploration and we found
perforation at the pars descendens of duodenum, and perforation at the transversum colon
on both side. Then we perform primary stitch on the wound. On the day 17th post
operation, the patient was discharge with a perfect condition.

Summary :

Case Report :
Seorang laki-laki 21 tahun dengan kuning seluruh badan. Dari hasil USG
didapatkan massa caput pancreas, cholectasis intrahepatic, polycystic hepar dan achites
CT- Scan ditemukan dilatasi intra dan ekstrahepatic bile duct. e.c. tumor caput pancreas
dan kista caput pancreas. Hasil laboratorium yang bermakna yaitu GOT ; 106, GPT ; 123,
Bil. Total ; 13,51, Bil. Direc ; 13,0.
Dilakukan operasi choledocogastrostomy dan gastrojejenostomy dengan tekhnik
Braon. Kondisi pasien post operasi baik namun sampai sekarang masih dirawat di RS.
Wahidin Sudirohusodo.

Summary :
Pasien dengan ikterus obstruktif e.c kista duktus choledocus dilakukan pendekatan
choledocogastrostomy dan gastrojejenostomy tekhnik Braon.
