•Representative for client as Approved Plant Inspector in Refinery Plant (Area VGO, DHS, SRS and CDS)
•Perform pre, external and final inspection on equipment such as pressure vessel, boilers, columns, heat exchangers
and furnaces as per specified in the T/A scope of work.
•Develop Inspection summary & finding for any required immediate action.
•To perform the required welding inspection and attend pressure test for equipment and PSV as and when needed.
•To prepare and deliver a daily report on the equipment condition to the area inspection supervisor and raises
inspection work sheet (IWS) as needed for unplanned recommended work.
•To determines the need of further NDT’s and/or inspection check that are not originally planned as part of the T/A
scope within less than 24-hours from the inspection starting date.
•To follow up equipment/piping repair inspection, T/A IWS recommendations and additional NDT’s request.
•To produces inspection report for inspected equipment and gathers the inspection findings from the area inspector
and NDT tech’s for compilation and inclusion in the final area inspection report.
•To liaise with owner upon further analysis that may require.
