drivers found in the County Vehicle Accident Report FY 2014 document, which I have attached. Also seeking any
information about the employees involved, i.e. job title and length of employment with county. Per the numbered
9/9/2014

looking for information not only related to the accident in question, but all prior accidents they were involved in
Eric Kurhi, Mercury while working for Santa Clara County. I am also seeking information about how much aggregate accidents cost the

I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of all emails sent and received by Public
10/1/2014 Administrator/Guardian/Conservator Don Moody from Aug. 26, 2014, to Sept. 26, 2014. Who is filling Moody's role

Metro News you please provide a list of all top-level staffers in the PGA office and their email addresses? 10/14/2014
I need to talk to someone who can elaborate on that specific to parks and rec and roads and airports as the
departments that have the most accidents other than Sheriff. Also hoping to talk about disciplinary procedure that's
done after the vehicle accident review board. Hoping someone can tell me what happens if an employee has a
license suspended who is required to drive for work, if that results in termination or temporary job reassignment,
and if anyone has been terminated in recent years. Would also like any available information about some specific
cases. One involves Parks and Rec driver Constance Ralls, who garnered a $200K lawsuit against the county after a
June 2009 accident where she struck a motorcycle. Also, an unidentified Parks and Rec driver who got a 30 day
10/24/2014
suspension after an accident on 5/23/14. He had 8 prior accidents, including two in a five-day period in December
2012. Hoping to find out if there was additional discipline or if someone can tell me if this is considered excessive.
As for Roads and Airports, there is one particularly alarming case that happened on 9/19/2013 where a driver
dozed off at the wheel and ran his truck into a boulder. This latest incident resulted in six month driving suspension.

Metro News information, such as age and date of death? 12/28/2018
The recent death of a man inside a Mountain View parking lot got us thinking: How common is this becoming?
The coroner's department put together a report on homeless deaths covering 2011-2016, but the report doesn't
identify vehicles as a location where people's bodies were found, and it doesn't appear this man in Mountain View
12/18/2018 was homeless.
The coroner's office said someone at the Public Health Department might keep stats on how many decedents are
found inside vehicles. Is this something the department tracks? And, would someone be available to speak
Erin Baldassari, generally about this issue? Even if there are no stats on deaths inside vehicles, I'm wondering if there is any
Mercury News anecdotal evidence of whether this is an issue that's growing, or not. 12/28/2018
