The letters "kh" make a sound existing in many languages but not in English, kh or ch in Scottish loch and Chanukah. Or

like the Spanish jota.

Remember Hebrew starts from right to left just like Arabic, so if you try to read the Hebrew script, start from the

right! But you can read the Hebrew pronunciation the same way you read English!

There is also the “h” which is pronounced as a sharp h.
