Dear Mohammed Qader Mohiuddin,

We are pleased to confirm that after careful consideration of the results based on
your CAMPUS RECRUITMENT EXAMINATIONS held on June-2011 at Jawaharlal
Technological University, Technorack IT Solutions has decided to extend to you
an offer of employment.

The details of your offer are as follows:

You will be designated “Oracle Database Administrator”.

Your salary will be 2.8L INR per annum.

1. You are required to report to our office at 10.30 AM on 5th August 2009 for
your first day at work and for the new hire orientation to the below mentioned
address.
2. You will be on probation for a period of 12 months from the date of your
joining.
3. You will be required to work in 24/7 shifts, with rotating weekly off’s.
4. On joining the company, as a prerequisite, you need to undergo and clear
process level training. In the event of your inability to pass the same, your
services are liable to be discontinued.
5. The company will be investing substantially in you, through an elaborate
period of training so as to sill you for the job.
6. For any unauthorized absenteeism during the probation stage, your services
are liable to be discontinued from the very next day.
7. Please bring along the below listed documents on your day of joining. You are
supposed to get the original certificates for the purpose of verification.

a) Five passport size color photographs,

b) Date of birth proof,
c) Latest educational certificates &
d) Copy of Passport.

8. This offer of employment is subject to your joining the company on the

specified date. In the event of your not reporting to work on the date specified,
this offer stands automatically withdrawn.
