Course Description:
Management science is designed to learn the total quality management. It provides lasting solutions to the organization plagued with problems of deflects, high
costs on account of rework and waste, and delayed delivery of products and services and others. It also contains strategy that will result performance in respect of all the learning
and growth, external business, process and financial success. The concepts and strategy is included that may lead to economic performance, improved employee morale, customer
satisfaction, increased market share and above all a deserving pride among the employee.
Course Objectives:
Cognitive:
1. Recognize the importance of learning management science.
2. Acquire and understand the concepts and strategic of quality management.
3. Display confidence to develop business skills that may lead to economic performance.
Affective:
1. Discuss the total quality management that will result to customer satisfaction.
2. Describe organizations’ problems and able to solved through the proper strategic planning.
3. Exhibit competence and self-confidence to improve the morals and pride of the employees.
Psychomotor:
1. Apply the different concepts and strategy of the TQM.
2. Describe the importance of management science in the organization.
3. Demonstrate lasting solutions to the problems through TQM.
