The Certifications Online Support tool provides: customers with
detailed answers to the most frequently asked career certifications
and training questions; certification and training videos-on-demand
to assist with program requirements; the ability to subscribe to
automatic answer notifications when an “Instant Answer” is updat-
ed and a faster response rate to customer emails.
