Step 1

3. Plant Section: - Note down SWERK & BEBER fields. Come to T357 table. Enter SWERK &
BEBER & note down FING field & display here.
4. Manufacturer: - Note down HERST field & display here.
5. Model number: - Note down TYPBZ field & display here.
6. ManufSerialNo: - Note down SERGE field & display here.
7. TechIdentNo: - Note down TIDNR field & display here.
8. Function Loc: - Copy TPLNR field. Go to IFLOTX table enter function location and note down
PLTXT field.
9. Preventive master data nos: - Refer step no 3.d. Get maintenance plan numbers here.
10. Covered under AMC: - Note down GROES field. If it is AMC mentioned as “YES” otherwise
“NO”
11. ABC indicator: - No need to display. Note down ABCKZ field. If it is “A” it is critical & if it is
not “A” then it is Non-critical.
12. BUKRS: - No need to display. Will be used in step 4.
Step 2

Sort all equipment’s with respect to building & once again sort with respect to plant section.
Step 3

Step 3.a Go to MPOS table. Enter all equipment’s from step 1

Table: - MPOS

Input: - EQUNR (Equipment’s) – Enter equipment’s from step 1.

Output: - Note down EQUNR, BAUTL, PRIOK & WARPL field. Now concatenate “*WO*WARPL*.

Step 3.b

Go to JEST table to check status

Table: - JEST

Input: - *WO*WARPL* execute.

Output note down: - OBJNR, STAT, INACT.

Step 3.c

For each object number I0001 should be active always. If I0076 or I0320 statuses present they
should have “X” value in INACT field. Then only it is valid otherwise delete.

You get valid maintenance plan numbers now.

Step 3.d

For this valid maintenance plan add EQUNR, BAUTL & PRIOK from step 3.a.
Step 4:- Add lead time entered in input screen & determine date for analysis. Enter this in
“GET_CURRENT_YEAR” function module. Take BUKRS value from one of the equipment in step 1.
Enter here execute.

Output: - Note down current year. So start date is 01.04.current year. End date is 31.03.current
year+1.

Step 5.a:-

From step 3.d you have list of valid maintenance plan numbers.

Table: - VIMHIS

Input: -

Maintenance plan- Enter valid maintenance plan from step 3.d

Planned date- Enter start date & end date from step 4

Last completion- Enter “=” value.

Scheduling Status (TSTAT) - Enter single value not equal to “X”.


Output: - WARPL

STRAT

ZAEHL- If you have more than one values concatenate here.

NPLDA – Concatenate all dates separated by comma for each maintenance plan.

STICH – Note down it will either 1 or 4.

Step 5.b:-

Enter the “STRAT” field you got above in T351P table and note down STRAT, ZAEHL, and KTEX1.

Step 5.c:-

Take all maintenance plans with STICH value “4”. Go to MMPT table enter maintenance plan. Note
down PAK_TEXT values & concatenate if you have more than one values.

Step 5.d:-

Now concatenate strategy text and 5.c texts to maintenance plan in step 5.a.
Step 6:- Second excel sheet

Equipment: - already available


Description: - Description of equipment
Plant Section: - Description of plant section
PM Interval: - Display KTEX1 or PAK_TEXT from maintenance plan 5.a.
External: - If maintenance plan PRIOK value is 5 then it is “Yes” otherwise it is “NO”.
Vendor name: - In Step 3.d take BAUTL in MAKT table. Note down MAKTX value & Display here.
Forecast dates: - Enter NPLDA dates here with reference to maintenance plan.
Preventive master data: - Display WARPL field here.
Covered under AMC: - Note down GROES field. If it is AMC mentioned as “YES” otherwise “NO”

Sent 7:- Come to AUSP table.

Enter the function locations from input screen.


Enter characteristic as shown & Execute.

Note down email ids of Engineer, Property manager, Park head & GMOPERATION.
Now classify all building function locations that come under each email id.

Based on this email id filter the equipment master data & preventive master data and generate
excel sheet and send to users.
