FACILITIES AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

We will require the following free issue:
1. Sufficient area for storing our materials, inclusive has sheltered storage.
2. Adequate and suitable power supply to within 25 meters of working point.
3. Use of site water for carrying out water test on required areas.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION:

TERMS: 50 % down payment for upon contract award.
Application payable on 15 days progress billing based on actual accomplished work.
DELIVERY: Mobilization takes effect 45-60 days upon receipt of PO down payment;
OFFER VALIDITY: 30 DAYS.
GUARANTEE: All waterproofing paint works as to any defective materials and workmanship for a period
of 5 years. However, defects caused by wear and tear, intentional or accidental breakage is
excluded in this guarantee.
