THE GOAL OF THE COURSE

This course is intended to sensitize students to the moral aspects of various forms of business
- particularly management and to equip the students in the ability to resolve conflicts in the
moral sphere of business management. Also, we will show some psychological tools to help
managers in gaining a better understanding of the psychological patterns common among
individuals and groups within any given organization. The students will be taught to use
psychology in the process of management in order to motive workers and to help the
organization to gain the success.

issue of mobbing, the issue of discrimination)
 The issue of human rights in the process of management.
 Why do we need psychology in the process of management?
 The psychological tools in the process of management (for example – Abraham Maslow's
Hierarchy of Needs, McClelland's Human Motivation Theory, Douglas McGregor's XY
Theory)
 Manipulation – the examples of using psychology in unethical way.

artur.banaszak1@gmail.com . The assignment must to be send before the date of final test
(written control paper).

Submission of the assignment is a necessary condition to pass the practical class. Only
students who pass the practical class are eligible to take the final test and pass the lecture.
