conditions specified. The drawings are considered to comply with the requirements of the Code subject to
the following:-
(A) Construction and testing should be carried out to the requirements of the Code and to the
satisfaction of the Surveyors.
(B) The drawing showing “Document Status” as “AQ” should be revised or the comments contained in
the paragraphs to follow should otherwise be resolved.
(C) The drawings marked # have been received with the present submission.
(D) Reference Document: -

COMMENTS:

Nil

The following are outside the scope of this appraisal but should be complied with:-
I Checking the adequacy of any attachments, supports and their foundations for dead loads (if any),
etc., and local effects on the valves due to the same.
II Checking adequacy of connections for the effects of superimposed external loads (if any) and local
effects on the valves due to the same.
III Checking suitability from process considerations.
IV Checking to standards other than the design code mentioned above.
