Our Company is offering a full time position for you as Sales Officer, reporting to the
Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM), Mr. Nikhil Deshpande, for Sales updates starting at

Bhopal. Expected hours of work are 6 days (0AM – 8PM) starting from Monday to
Saturday. Two days leave maximum a month or 12 days a year will be paid,
whichever is lesser, crossing the leaves further may deduct your salary. For Targets
visit annexure as under.

In this position, the Company is offering to start you at a pay rate of 12000/- INR
per month. As part of your compensation, we're also offering 120/- per day as LOCAL
travel allowance and a ticket compensation equal to Second Class Rail ticket for
travel allowance outside Bhopal. Any expenses on the night stay, etc… will be
intimated as and when required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 To Appoint effective Franchisee, Wholesalers, etc.

 To increase sales in the distributor territory and achieve sales targets as per
Company demands.
 Book orders for new products, Office activities and Generate Business with
Doctors, Retailers, Wholesalers and Parlor Segment.
 Followup with payments from parties, Order generation from distributors and
to gain ravishing market throughout.

Your position will play a role to define the distributors, develop sales for them,
achieve company targets and manage and build market for other towns as and when
instructed. With growth of the Company, the management of sales team will also be
expected. The Notice Period has to be served for a Month before discontinuation to
avoid complication monetarily.
