 As a time served Pipefitter and experienced Supervisor, I have over 14 year’s experience in oil and gas,
Petro-chemical and construction sectors in environment such as Fab-shops, Module yards, Refineries ,
Power plants and offshore installations. Gained global exposure working in Middle-east and South East
Asia .I am experienced and well-versed in handling workforce from distinct nations and culture. As a goal
oriented and proactive Superintendent, with qualities like goal orientation and time management I
consider myself as a valuable team member and asset to any project as my previous employers and
mangers also reflect same. I last 13 years I have been associated with many global and multidisciplinary

Professional Experience:

1) Worked with Saipem SPA Abu Dhabi branch in Shah Gas Development Project (SGDP) from 30/10/2012 to
30/4/2013 as a piping Supervisor.

2) WORKED IN PETROFAC EMIRATES LLC IN RUWAIS (NGL-4) UAE FROM 22/04/2012 TO 22/10/2012 AS A
PIPING SUPERVISOR.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Check the installed piping components as per P&ID

 Reviewing isometrics, support drawings and details
 Inspection of incoming material as per quantity, mill certificates ,heat number etc
 Arrangement of spools in lay down yard as per standards
 Identify equipment location as per general arrangement drawing and prepare lay out and measurement
 Dimension checking of completed spools according to isometric drawings

 Site surveillance to check the construction work and give some comments if necessary according to

3) WORKED IN D- ISLAND OFFSHORE KAZAKHSTAN SAIPEM NORTH CASPIAN OPERATING COMPANY N.V FROM
15/05/2011 TO 18 /04/2012 AS A PIPING SUPERVISOR.

TO 03.01.2009.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Compressors and Blowers shaft alignments through laser alignment techniques.
 Prior to and ongoing motor solo run for inadequate noise & vibration check.
 Oil flushing with fine mesh screens to rotary equipment’s where ever applicable
 Preservation record checking of equipment’s as per preservation schedules.
 Air-Cooled type heat exchangers (Air Fin Coolers) inspections: shaft verticality, blade tip clearance, belt
tensioning, fan & motor pulley alignment, blade angle.
 Flange faces, flange ratings and gaskets size and ratings for static equipment man ways. Internal screens
checking of reactors prior to box-up and before filling catalyst. Bolt tightening of Foundation anchor bolts
