favour of my client for the schedule property – Rg.
Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Sri.Ulasala
Venkata Subbanna S/o Late Venkatappa, aged about 66 years, senior
citizen, residing at Veligallu Village & Post, Galiveedu Mandal, Kadapa
District, I hereby issue this legal notice to you with the following facts:-

1. My client reclamated the schedule property by removing big
rocks, thorn bushes and leveled the ups and downs in the schedule
property since 40 years. Then the Deputy-Tahsildar of Lakkireddipalle
granted D.K.T patta in favour of my client on 30-09-1978 for the schedule
property. My client paid land tax and that the name of my client was
entered in adangals for 1403, 1404 and 1414 fasalies.
2. The Honourable JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE COURT OF
LAKKIREDDIPALLE granted permanent injunction on 20-11-2017 in O.S
No. 43/2017 by restraining Yammanuri Saraswati and Sunkesula Jameed
from interfering with possession and enjoyment of my client with the
schedule property. So my client is the absolute owner of the schedule
property by virtue of decree as per the following A.P High court decision
reported in Law summary 2003 volume (1) pages 376 to 382 decision.

3. You are bound to respect and Honourable court decree in O.S
No. 43/2017 passed by the JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE COURT OF
LAKKIREDDIPALLE on 20-11-2017 and issue E-pass book E-title deed and
1-B Namuna in the name of my client for the schedule mentioned
property.
4. Therefore please take this legal notice and that you are
requested to issue E-pattadar passbook, E-Titled deed and 1-B Namuna in
the name of my client for the schedule property within 20 days.
Otherwise my client is forced to take Civil contempt of court proceedings
against you under section 12 of Contempt of Court Act 1971 by holding
you liable for costs and consequences.
