Sub: Legal notice for payment of mortgage amout and hand loan
amount in total Rs.9,50,400/- to my client-Rg.
Under the instruction and on behalf of my client Sri.Syed Azam
S/o late Ghouse Mohiddin, residing in door No.11/502 house Mutyla
Ramiah street, Kadapa city, I herely issue this legal notice to you with
the following facts:

1. You borrowed Rs.2,50,000/- from my client on 21-11-2011
by mortgaging the schedule property of you to my client by executing
registered mortgage deed No.8587/2011 dated 21-11-2011 by
agreeing to repay the principal amount of Rs.2,50,000/- with interest
at the rate of Rs.36% P.A. My client demanded you several times to pay
the mortgage amount with interest and also hand loan amount of
Rs.20,000/- with interest with was borrowed by you during 2011 year.

2. The calculations are as follows :

Principal mortgage

Years on Rs.2,50,000/- Rs. 6,30,000/-

3. You have been trying to evade the payment of
Rs.9,50,400/- to my client on some false promises in order to play
fraudulent game against my client for making wrongful gain of that
amount.
4. Therefore please take this legal notice and that you should
pay the total amount of Rs.9,50,400/- to my client within ten days,
Otherwise my client is forced to file civil suit against you in the court of
law for selling the schedule property for realization of Rs.9,50,400/-
with suit costs by holding you liable for all other liabilities, costs and
consequences.

SCHEDULE :-
The immovable house property situated in door No.15/107,
Kasayivandla Veedhi, within the limits of Kadapa Municipal
Corporation, Kadapa sub-distract and distract.

North to south - 16.4 feet
Total area 312.2 square feet
