INVESTMENT
DESCRIPTION COST TERMS
Courseware Development by Experts ₹1,50,000.00 GST as applicable. Payable against delivery.
Workshop Fees ₹62,400.00 GST as applicable. Payable against delivery.

TOTAL COST ₹2,12,400.00

BUSINESS TERMS / CONDITIONS

DURATION OF SERVICES
The Workshop will be delivered at Apple's Mumbai office on a weeday between 11 am to 5 pm.
The actual date of the Workshop will be agreed in consensus with Client, providing at least a week's advance to ensure speaker's availability.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Within 30 days net from the date of submitted invoice, via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS.

EXPENSES
The client agrees to bear all direct expenses towards providing venue, equipment rental and refreshment charges required to conduct the workshop.

N.A.

CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS
The current scope of work is as mentioned in Deliverables and Delivery Schedule. Any additions or extention to the current scope will need to be communicated
via official communication channels and projected costs if any will be submitted to the client for approval, basis which the suggested changes will be
incorporated.

CONFIDENTIALITY
During the continuance of this assignment and thereafter, parties shall keep all secrets and will not divulge to any person, or company whatsoever (other than to
the Directors of the Company or their authorized representatives) about contents of this SoW, various terms and conditions agreed, and all other secrets and
confidential information concerning its business or affairs of any of its associates or branches, their customers or suppliers.

TERMINATION
This SoW is signed for a specific purpose viz. Courseware Development for Apple Retail Partners. The Provider i.e. "Cognitio Knowledge Tech Pvt. Ltd." will seek
professional services of experts to develop courseware. On acceptance of this SoW the client agrees to pay all costs incurred towards the development effort,
and limited to the investment stated in this SoW. The dues will be paid in full without any recourse to any legal or similar proceedings.
