This functionality is for already registered users. The registration can be done by creating account by self or the
have been created by the administrator/ host and the User Name along with password would have been shared w
Click the “Login” button the application at the top right corner. Enter the User Name and Password created by y

User Search
Registered capV users to call other users need to add them as friends. The calls can happen only between regist
capV. To send a friend request search for the friend.
Send Friend Request
Friends can be searched and added to your “Users” list by searching and clicking the add button.
The notification(s) for every user are displayed as an icon. The number besides the icon reflects the number of
pending acceptance.
Accept Friend Request
Click on notification icon and accept the request. The request could be friends request or a group request that h
user. On acceptance of the friends request the friend will be added to the Users list tab. If the Group request is a
group is added in the Groups list of the user.
On acceptance of the friends request the friend will be added to the Users list tab
Create Group
capV provides Group calling feature wherein all users part of a group can simultaneously attend the group Aud
The Group(s) can be created by a user selecting users to be part of a group and then post naming the group crea
members of the group get notification(s) regarding the creation of a group.
To create a group, click on the Group icon. The list of users available to you are displayed. For adding a user no
friends request has to be sent and then the new user will be displayed in the list after the acceptance of the requ

capV provides you Three modes of chat windows to the user. Default window will be basic view. User can start
user by clicking on chat icon from friends list of any particular user. On click A chat window will appear then u
text and click on send or can use enter key. User can also send emojis and can send files as well.
Click on Users Tab and click on chat icon of the user from displayed friend list.
Chat Window will be appeared on the screen with username on the chat window header.
For sending message Enter text in text area of chat window and click on send button or press enter key.
Group chat
capV provides chat feature wherein user can chat with all members of group from his Grouplist list

Recorded videos will display the complete recorded videos list of the user.

One To One Video Calling

Incoming Call
Incoming call will be displayed for users when ever they receive call from user/Group. For accepting call user h

GroupCall:

Reject call will enable user to decline the incoming call,on rejecting the call from receiver, caller will get an ale

Video off will enable user to turn of his local video for displaying.both the users will alerted on screen with Au

On click video will be turned off and audio only is displayed on screen to the users.
To turn back video on click on the video icon button.
Mute
mute icon will enable user to turn of his audio for participants. mute icon will appear on the video of the selecte

Screen share will enable user to share his screen,all the participants can see the shared user screen,audio of the
heared to all the participants in the call.
To start screen share user has to download the provided extension given by capV as mentioned below.
Click on the screen share icon which is displyed in ongioing calling options..
Alert will be displayed to the user to Add extension,click on add extension to proceed.
Extension download alert will be displayed to the user,click on Add extension then extension will start downloa
on successfull download of extension user will be alerted with screen share options,select the desired options an
participants can see the shared screen of the user.
To stop screen share click on stop screen share or click on screen share icon from calling options.
User Busy
User busy is displayed when user initiates video call to a user who is already in call then,for initiator participan
displayed as busy.
Click on users tab and click on video call icon from the displayed friends list.
if already participant is busy with other call,then to initiator busy state will be displayed on screen
User Notlogged In
User notloggedin is displayed when user initiates video call to a user who is not logged in to the application. fo
participant status is displayed as not Loggedin.
Click on users tab and click on video call icon from the displayed friends list.
If participant is not Loggedin,then to initiator not loggedin state will be displayed on screen
End Call
End icon will enable user to come out of the ongoing call.
Click on the End icon which are displyed in ongioing calling options..
On clicking End icon user will be redirected to user dashboard.
Start Recording
Start recording icon will enable user to record the ongoing video call session.
Click on the Record icon which are displyed in ongioing calling options..
On clicking record icon then recording will start automatically..
Stop Recording
Stop recording icon will enable user to stop the ongoing video call session record.
Click on the Record icon which are displyed in ongioing calling options..
On clicking record stop icon then recording will stop automatically..
FullScreen Mode
Full screen will enable user to view the participants video in full screen mode.
Click fullscreen icon on user video.it will take you to the fullscreen mode.
To come out of fullscreen mode press Esc or F11.
Concurent Chat

End Call

Logout
Click on logout the it will ask you for confirmation alert will be displyed.
Click on ok button to logout from application.
Click on notification icon and accept the request. The request could be friends request or a group request that h

Settings Display
user can edit his profile and can able to set desired settings to use.
Change Password
user can change his password by entering his previous password and new password in required fields.
Enter the below required fields.
1)old password
2)new password
3)confirm password and click on 'Submit' button
