1.1 Statement of the problem
The main problem of the Casa-inn is they are using a manual process in the check-in and reservation
process that will consume a lot of time.
The problem that Casa-inn encountered during the manual process it’s consuming a lot of time.
Record safeness and storing.

To make a computerized Casa-inn online check in reservation system that can help to become easier and
faster systemized system.

The user only can add, edit and delete user.

The user only can view reserved rooms and canceled reservations.
The user only can make check-in/check-out

The user only can add, edit and delete rooms.

1.3.3.2.1 Making Reservations
Costumer must go to the casa-inn for payments.
Short term basis in reservation is not included.
Reservation first before check in.
