We  will  purchase  all  liM  Nckets  in  advance  to  take  advantage  of  group  
rates.  Discounted  group  rates  usually  fall  within  $50-­‐60  (typical  face  
value  can  go  as  high  as  $80  depending  on  the  resort.)  Resorts  will  
post  their  2011  prices  as  they  open  for  business.  
 The  following  flights  will  accommodate  our  schedule.  

Our  charter  bus  will  pickup  from  the  airport  at  ~9:30pm  on  
Wednesday  night.    It  will  dropoff  at  the  airport  at  ~6:45pm  on  
Sunday  evening.

not,  hotel  courtesy  shugles  will  be  available.

In  light  of  the  current  economy,  most  people  are  concerned  about  cost.    As  in  the  
past,  we  strive  to  leverage  our  group  purchases  to  obtain  discounts  or  reduced  
pricing  for  hotel  rooms  and  liM  Nckets.  

Those  who  wish  to  fly  out  on  Monday  morning,  this  opNon  is  available.  With  a  
Sunday  evening  departure,  we  book  the  hotel  rooms  for  Sunday.  This  will  allow  us  
to  return  to  the  hotel  on  Sunday  aMernoon,  and  the  opNon  of  Monday  departure.  

As  in  previous  years,  we  will  make  accommodaNons  for  all  guests.  We  will  research  
various  avenues  in  an  agempt  to  get  the  lowest  price  for  everyone  for  a  3-­‐star  
hotel.  We  will  book  and  pay  for  all  rooms  in  advance.  Typically,  rooms  will  fall  within  
the  $60-­‐75  range  (each  person  will  pay  1⁄2  each  night).  

We  will  have  much  more  details  on  forthcoming  iNneraries.    But,  for  now,  the  most  
important  thing  is  to  purchase  airfare  if  you  are  intent  on  coming  to  this  trip.  

PAYMENTS:      
We  pay  for  the  fixed  items  in  advance  (hotel  +  liM  Nx  +  ground  transportaNon).  We  
will  invoice  for  payments  1-­‐week  prior  to  the  trip.  Please  pay  this  amount  before  
you  leave  for  the  trip.    We  pay  everything  on  our  own  personal  credit  cards  to  help  
make  the  trip  fun  and  easy  for  everyone  to  agend.
