no. 1532 lives in CNLU Boys Hostel Room no. 319 file additional submission to my written
statement submitted to you. The allegations made against me related to my involvement in the
fight that broke out is preposterous as the picture shared by me should not be considered in the
light of it to instigate fight or to create rift and state of panic in the university students as the
contended post was devoid of any such intention and is available to be seen by a limited audience.
The submissions made against me regarding backing out of teams because of the status so shared
is frivolous and perverse and is made to seek the vendetta of the incident that took place on the
26th of September.

To make it more apparent and clear as to how it could not have caused any damage any person or
university reputation specifically related to the 10th CNLU Parliamentary Debate for on the 27th of
September 2018 there was a picture that posted to CNLU meme Society a Facebook page started
and operated by the 2nd year students of my university and independent party to the entire incident,
the second more widely accessible picture that floated around on the internet again by an
independent Party of Meme Society NLU run by National Law University, Orrisa (which is
popular among the law students of various national law universities) students on 29th September,
2018 .

My role in this entire controversy is just made up due to the unfortunate incidence of a Picture
posted by me as my What’sApp Status, one which I absolutely regret. This picture though posted
was not of the nature that could do much damage to already damaged situation as it stayed afloat
for little over 4 hours after which it was promptly taken down it is also important to understand
the nature of this picture so uploaded as [1] the What’sApp status exists only for 24 hours after
which it automatically is deleted and also [2] the fact that only the contacts of the person who posts
such status may be able to see what was uploaded and no one else with the limited audience to
whatever was posted and considering that the date on which it was posted i.e. 28th September 2018
after every one was already ordered to vacate the university hostel premises the post could not
create any impact whatsoever.

I have attached both the screenshots that are there for the above mentioned two instances. As stated
earlier intention of posting the Picture was not malicious. Thus, it is prayed that the claims of
considering me as the perpetrator towards instigation be negated and also the event of my
victimization on the night of 26th September 2018 and in the actions of my accusers on the day be
taken into consideration while they try to harass me again with the claims so put forth by them.
