IF YOU ARE ABSENT

1. If any worksheets were passed out, you can find them in Google classroom/Portfolio.
2. If notes were taken, get them from another student or see me during Seminar.
3. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me when class is over.
4. According to WCPSS policy students have two days to make-up missed work for every
excused day of absence. If you do not turn in this missed work it will go into the grade
book as a zero. This includes homework, classwork, and quizzes.
5. If you are absent on a test day, you need to see me to set up a time to make up the test.
It should be done in a timely manner.

IF YOU ARE ABSENT, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE-UP THE WORK!

MATERIALS: You are expected to have a 3-ring binder, composition notebook, calculator, and
a pencil every day! In this class, it is extremely helpful if you have your own graphing
calculator. One will be provided for you during class time.

IF YOU NEED EXTRA HELP/MAKE-UP WORK

I will be available during Seminar or Enrichment. The specified times are posted in the
classroom.

We will work hard and accomplish a lot this semester. It is very important to keep up with
your work because each chapter builds on previous knowledge. Please do not hesitate to ask
for help. I promise to give you my best and I expect to get your best in return. If there is
anything I can do to help your semester be a good one, please feel free to contact me.
