Duties and Responsibilities

Owner

 Approve the business system

 Ensure content that is technically accurate and complete and meets its business objective

 Ensure content of the business system is reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains

current

 Authorize the publication of the content of the business system

 Approve and maintain the reference group

Manager

 She/he studies the employees individually and insists interest in them

 Encouraging the inquisitive employees and by prohibiting insidious elements

 Creates hygienic environment

 Inculcates the sense of collectivism in employees to work as a team

Assistant Manager

 Helps a manager keep a company on store running smoothly by taking on some

managerial tasks such as overseeing employees or providing customer service

 To act the role of a manager in the managers absence

Head Cook

 Check freshness of food and ingredients

 Develop recipes and determine how to present the food

 Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
Cook

 Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

 Preparing ingredients to use in cooking

Cashier

 Receive and disburse money in establishments other than financial institutions

 Usually involves use of electronic scanners, cash, registers, or related equipment

 Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits

Staff

 Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be

affected by what they do or do not do

 Cooperate with the employer on health and safety matter

participative role in the decision making process. Everyone is given the opportunity to

participate, ideas are exchanged freely, and discussion is encouraged. Our business tends to focus
