Rust Killer 3 in 1
WATER BASED RUST NEUTRALIZER, ANTI-RUST PRIMER AND PROTECTIVE COATING IN ONE PROCESS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Rust Killer 3 in 1 is a superior water based rust neutralizer which will react with rust or metal iron oxides,
transforming them into a neutral surface ready to receive a topcoat finish.
Rust Killer 3 in 1 is the only specially formulated rust neutralizer, anti-rust primer and protective coating with the
following properties :
• Kills and neutralizes rust into a black protective layer when dried.
• High content of rust inhibitors doubles up as Anti-Rust Primer for new metal substrates against corrosion.
• Hybrid Silicone Organic Binder forms a protective coating against moisture, oxygen and carbon dioxide, protecting it
against any rust formation.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Rust Killer 3 in 1
WATER BASED RUST NEUTRALIZER, ANTI-RUST PRIMER AND PROTECTIVE COATING IN ONE PROCESS
METHOD OF APPLICATION
• Preferably to apply by brush for better performance. You may use a paint roller for larger areas.
• Apply 2 coats if substrate is heavily rusted and subsequent coat to be applied in a cross direction to previous coat.
• Wear protective goggles and rubber hand gloves.
APPLICATION
• For maximum penetration, apply Rust Killer 3 in 1 into rusted surfaces with a synthetic bristle paint brush. For large
area, use a paint roller.
• Apply one coat of Rust Killer 3 in 1 if metal substrate is for interior use and two coats for exterior use. You may apply the
second coat within 15 to 30 minutes of the first coat.
• After 4 hours or overnight, the primed surface must be painted with a selected high quality finish coat product. Two coats
of finish coats are recommended. An oil based alkyd, polyurethane or epoxy type are recommended depending on the
usage. Exercise care in selection of water based acrylic metal paint finishes as most are permeable to water vapour and
they will not provide adequate protection to steel surfaces that will contribute to further rusting.
• Clean all equipment immediately with water and ordinary dishwashing soap. Once dried, you are unable to remove it.
