 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Trade Terms:
FOB Main Port, China in accordance with definition in INCOTERMS 2010
2. Terms of payment:
2.1 Equipment:
2.1.1 30% Total equipment value. within 7 days upon confirmation of this offer by T/T.
2.1.2 70% Total equipment value. within 30 days before shipment date by T/T.
2.2 Direction Installation:
The buyer organize installation team and accomplish the elevator installation process. If the buyer
request personal technical assistance from the seller, technique instruction will charge USD250.00/day for
one Engineer. The buyer should provide the Engineer airplane-tickets for both out and home, Life insurance of
working in the locality, the accommodation and help to handle the relevant formality for the Engineer to enter
buyer’s country. The number of the Engineer, schedule and other details we will discuss later according to the
plan during the installation process.
3. Shipment:
3.1 The goods shall be finished within 60 days after approval of all layouts by the buyers and the sellers as
well as the receipt of item 2.1.1 related currency.
3.2 The goods must be loaded at Main Port, China within 30 working days after the seller’s receipt of item
2.1.2 related currency.
4. Guarantee:
Free guarantee of the spare parts for a period of 12 months starts from the date on which the goods are
installed, tested, accepted and made available to End User or 18 months from data of shipment whichever
comes first. Any part or material found to be defective within that period, not attributed to normal wear and tear
or incorrect operation, shall be replace free of charge. This shall not include exhaustible items such as bulbs,
fuses, etc.
5. Validity of quotation: 30 Days
