BIG SEE is most exciting emerging platform that systematically explores and

exposes creative and business excellence of Southeast Europe. It brings together
18 countries and 250 million people in what we feel, claim and exclaim that is the
most compelling and the most creative region in Europe. The second edition of
BIG SEE – as an event, dialogue, exposition, opportunity – will unfold as the
central component in the renowned Big Architecture Festival on April 17, 2019 in
Ljubljana, Slovenia. Big Architecture Festival is the leading international
architecture event, held every year in Slovenia, that brings together exceptional
architectural practitioners and thinkers from Southeast Europe and beyond.

It is a great pleasure to announce that your project has been selected for

the BIG SEE ARCHITECTURE AWARD 2019. The project has also been
nominated for the best project (Grand Prix) in its category.

Congratulations!

All the awarded projects will be exhibited at the  BIG SEE  ARCHITECTURE
EXHIBITION and they will all be listed in BIG SEE REPORT 2019. Some of them
will also be published in Hise architecture magazine. The exhibition will showcase
the architectural excellence of 18 Southeast European countries in the following
three categories: residential architecture; public and commercial architecture;
landscape and urban space architecture.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could send us the following materials

by  February 14th  for the exhibition and publishing purposes (website, social
media, BIG SEE REPORT and PR):

- 6 photos in high resolution (with the name of the photographer)

- plans in vectorial mode (pdf, not jpg)

- a portrait photo (with the name of the photographer)

- data about the project with a textual description (500 -1000 characters – not
words) – could you please fill in the attached file: Data about the project.doc AND
OPTIONALLY a longer text (2000-3000 letters)

Attention:

Please do not forget to send us a list of your business partners participating in the
project (an investor, suppliers, contractors) who are also going to be invited to our
gala award giving ceremony.  This might be an excellent opportunity for them to be
exposed as well. 

Y o u a r e a l s o k i n d l y i n v i t e d t o p a r t i c i p a t e a t t h e  B i g
Architecture  Festival  on  Wednesday, April 17,  in the  City of Design, Dunajska
cesta 123, Ljubljana, Slovenia, where you will be able to present your project by
giving a short lecture on the stage Architecture 180° while at the same time having
an opportunity to network with the potential business partners on Architectmatch
event. In the afternoon the 1st  level award-giving ceremony will take place (from
5pm to 7pm), followed by the  gala  Grand Prix award ceremony  (7 pm)
announcing the winners in the three categories: residential architecture; public and
commercial architecture; landscape and urban space architecture.

We would really appreciate it if you could inform us, as soon as possible, whether
you are planning to join us at the Big Architecture celebration which you really
shouldn't miss!
